What will our Mad Dash wedding look like?
Based on the theme you’ve selected, each wedding will be professionally and artistically designed by some of the leading stylists/vendors in the industry. To view some style samples and preview the space, check out Orangerie Events and the Leslie-Alford Mims House.
Who will be our vendors?
Being immersed in the wedding industry for years, Brooke and Priscilla have made valuable and incomparable connections. Your wedding will include some of the top North Carolina vendors who can’t wait to be a part of your wedding.
Can we bring our own vendors?
No need to worry! We already have all of the vendors on board and do not require vendors other than those we have arranged.
Can we bring our own food and beverages?
We took care of that too! We are excited to offer tasty and professionally catered treats for you and your guests, courtesy of Belle's Catering.
Where will this all take place?
The historic, newly renovated, and exceptionally designed Leslie-Alford Mim’s House in Holly Springs will be the back drop for your big day!
Will the celebrant take care of filing my marriage license for me after the ceremony?
This must be turned in by your officiate so they will be sure to get this in for you – yay! One less thing for you to do!
Can we pick out our flowers, cake, invitations, food, and champagne?
Mad Dash weddings are designed to alleviate several stressful parts of wedding planning. These elements are pre determined based on the theme on the day of your choice. Belle's Catering
Can I have a bridal party?
You may! They will be included in your over all guest count.
Can we get transportation to and from the location site?
While this is not included in the packages we offer, we are more than happy to suggest reputable companies in the area that can provide transport.
Will we need to get a marriage license?
You will need that! You will BOTH have to go together to the local court house to obtain your marriage license, so carve out some couples time and make it a date!
How often will and when are dates announced?
Dates are generally announced 1-3 months prior to the pop-up series weekend and are based on availability of the venue.
Can we pick our own date outside of the Mad Dash Series?
We would be happy to answer inquires in regards to alternate dates!
What if we sign up and then can’t make it?
Due to the abbreviated timeline of the pop-up style weddings, all payments for Mad Dash events are due at signing and are non refundable.
What if we have a specific ceremony request?
Much like the rest of the event, the ceremony will be pre designed and simple, however we are more than happy to discuss any requests in regards to this portion of the day. Just ask ☺
