Why hello you little rebel you! I love that you’ve dared to stand out and take a hammer to wedding tradition! Crushing clichés and making a statement is what this gal’s all about. I’ve always aimed to break the mold, constantly striving to be distinct and extraordinary. I work hard and reach for the stars, hoping that on this tricky journey of chasing my dreams, I can empower others to risk it all and do the same. I tend to use colorful language, sing a bit too loudly, pop champagne on the daily, and dance like Uma Thurman. If you ever spy on me at the office, I will most likely be clickity-clacking away on my beloved Mac, sipping on a triple shot latte, and listening to Betty Who at max volume. I’ll probably be dressed in galaxy cat leggings (yeah, those exist and are very much a thing), or some other animal printed attire. At home, you’ll probably find me corralling my funny hubby, three lovey kiddos, one precious pup, two sassy kitties, and two very curious house bunnies. If the circus is tame, then look for me tippy-toe dancing in the kitchen, attempting to whip up something Pinterest and Instagram worthy. Either home scenario, I will always have a full heart, a smile on my face, and a glass of bubbly in hand.

Signature Cocktail: Seriously dirty vodka martini with bleu cheese stuffed olives

Quote to Live By: “Being able to do more of what I love lights me up and terrifies me at the same time. It’s electric. If I’ve learned anything, it’s to trust and run toward that feeling as hard as I can.” Kyla Roma

Brooke Everhart

Hey there love bird! Want to know the scoop on this here little lady? Allow me to introduce myself: I’m a Sun Drop loving Southern chick born and raised in North Carolina, and have a thick southern accent to prove it. I have a passion for design and an enthusiasm for all things weddings. I obsess over creating pristinely planned events that burst with unique details that have never been done before. On the rare occasion I am not working to make magic, you may spot me at a concert or two, cruising on my bicycle in historic parts of town, or curled up on the couch with my pup Scottie next to my hubby catching up on cheesy reality TV.

Spirit Animal: A Unicorn

Celebrity Crushes: Adam Levine + Margot Robbie

Current Favorite Fierce Females: Tay Tay Swift, Kate Hudson, Reese Witherspoon, and Lana Del Ray

Signature Cocktail: Strawberry Basil Mojito

Cherished Comfort Food: Hamburger Helper (Don’t judge!)

Quote to Live By: “As you navigate through the rest of your life, be open to collaboration. Other people and other people’s ideas are often better than your own. Find a group of people who challenge and inspire you, spend a lot of time with them, and it will change your life.” Amy Poehler

Meet Archie and Abner, the official mascots of Mad Dash and the Mims House. They get silly drunk off apple sticks and hay blocks, live for performing binkies, and pine for cuddles in their cuddle cup. These two little brothers are the cutest little lionhead rabbits in all the land, and cannot wait to meet you on your wedding day!

Howdy there! I’m a double maned, Siamese sable lionhead rabbit, brother to Archie, son of Brookie and Prissy. I’m a laid back little dude who loves nothing more than to lay around with my legs stretched out. I look forward to pellet feeding time in the morning, and Netflix-cuddle-couch time at night. I guess if you had to stereotype me, I would be the sweet, dependable, all around good guy.

Prized Possession: Cardboard boxes

How I Say I Love You: You groom me, I’ll groom you with lots and lots of bunny licks!

Favorite Treat: Apple Orchard Sticks

Fun Fact: I am named after both Major General Abner Doubleday and General Abner Monroe Perrin. My name gives a nod to the Civil War, as well as the soldiers who took refuge at the Leslie-Alford Mims House.

Abner

Hello! My name is Archie, and I’m a handsome double maned, sable point lionhead bunny. I live with my bro, and together we hop between living at the Mims and/or with either of our Moms. I have a girlfriend named Ophelia, who just so happens to be a babe-a-licious tabby cat. I like to flaunt my good looks and cheeky disposition with soaring binkies and dancing around your feet. I get into trouble for being a bit too curious at times, but I know when to act professional! Put me in front of a camera and watch me perform, baby!

Prized Possession: My crinkle tunnel…I love to pop my head in and out of the roof hole

How I Say I Love You: If you rub my cheeks, I’ll show you how a bunny purrs (think cute little teeth chatter)

Favorite Treat: Hay Timothy Cubes

Fun Fact: I was named after Archibald Leslie, the original builder and owner of the Leslie-Alford Mims House.
